I discovered an affinity for technical writing in the sixth grade after preparing an exhaustive guide to making a peanut butter sandwich, complete with an instruction to remove the bread from the bag.

I’ve since gained several years of professional experience, focusing on user-facing documentation for both software and hardware. I understand the value of writing that is clear, concise, and collegial, and my library training enables me to anticipate user questions before they’re asked.

When I’m not pondering my role in the future of online support documentation, I’m an essayist and avid non-fiction reader as well as a fountain pen collector, leathercrafter, and zine creator.
